Charity Program of the Mostar Half Marathon: 21 Kilometers for the 21st Chromosome

As part of the Mostar Half Marathon Roll, our association is launching a special Charity Program aimed at supporting people with Down syndrome and the work of the Down Syndrome Association Mostar.

Symbolically, we run on March 21, the World Down Syndrome Day, and the program carries the message “21 Kilometers for the 21st Chromosome.”

21 Runners for Inclusion

The charity program will include 21 runners.
The first 21 applicants who send their details to the email of the Down Syndrome Association Mostar will receive a free entry for the Mostar Half Marathon.

📧 Applications should be sent to: down.mostar@gmail.com

How does the charity program work?

Our association will donate 21 race entries to the Down Syndrome Association Mostar, and each charity runner will collect donations through the symbolic “sale” of their kilometers.

Each runner completes 21 kilometers

Each kilometer has a value of 21 BAM

The total amount each runner aims to collect is 441 BAM

The collected funds are then paid directly to the Down Syndrome Association Mostar, thereby supporting their activities and work.

Running for Inclusion

Every kilometer run represents a step of support for people with Down syndrome, as well as a strong message of unity, understanding, and solidarity.

Together we run for inclusion, understanding, and love. 💙
